white dune audio
Two engineers on every song — rock, metal and video game music.
We take your track from raw recording to a streaming-ready master, and nothingNothing leaves until both of us sign off on it.
Services
What we do
Rock, metal and video game music are where we're most at home — down-tuned guitars, aggressive drums and vocals that have to cut through a dense mix.
That said, we take on every genre: if it needs to sound right, send it over.
Mixing
Balance, panning and depth. Dozens of separate tracks become one sound that moves as a whole — wide, deep and clear enough to survive any playback system.
Mastering
The final polish. Loudness, tonal balance and consistency, so your release holds its own next to anything else on Spotify or Apple Music.
Session Recording
Guitar, bass, ukulele, mandolin or MIDI drums. Played, recorded and edited in-house whenever your track needs a part you can't cut yourself.

FAQ
Before you send us anything
The questions we get asked most. Anything else — just ask.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your uncompressed WAV stems — the individual tracks for drums, bass, guitars, vocals and so on. They should all start at exactly the same point and be dry, without effects printed onto them.
If you only need mastering, a single stereo mixdown is enough. A rough mix helps either way: it tells us how you hear the song.
Large files travel best as a WeTransfer, Google Drive or Dropbox link — no need to squeeze anything into an email.
Where are you based — do we need to meet?
We're in Germany, but everything happens online: you upload your tracks, we send back the finished mix, wherever in the world you are.
Most of our communication runs over email — detailed and in writing, so nothing gets lost.
Can you make my song sound like a specific artist?
We can get close. Send us a reference track and we'll match its tone, loudness and general feel — but every voice, room and instrument is different, so it will never be an exact copy.
Usually that's exactly what makes it yours.
Do you only work on rock and metal?
No. Those are the genres we know inside out, but the work itself doesn't change much: a folk record, a podcast intro or a game soundtrack all need the same thing — space, balance and a level that holds up everywhere.
If you're unsure whether your project is a fit, just ask.
How long does it take?
Usually a few days — a master takes around two, a full mix four to five, depending on how many tracks are involved and how busy we are.
If you have a deadline, tell us up front and we'll say honestly whether we can make it.
What does it cost?
We quote per project rather than working from a price list. Two songs that look the same on paper can be very different jobs — one arrives tight and well recorded, the other needs a day of repair before the mixing even starts.
Tell us what you have and we'll come back with a fixed price and exactly what's included, before any work begins.
What if I don't like the result?
Then you tell us what's off and we fix it. Revisions are part of every project — how many are included depends on the scope we agree on beforehand.
Being specific helps more than being polite: “the vocals sit too far back in the chorus” gets you further than “something feels wrong”.
Will you publish my music anywhere?
Only if you want us to. Your music stays private — we never publish, share or showcase a track without your written permission.
If you're happy with the result and like the idea, we'll gladly show it off with your artist name linked to your Spotify, Bandcamp or socials.
